Originaire de la Baie Sainte-Marie, Nouvelle-Écosse et fondé par certains des musiciens les plus accomplis de la région - Normand Pothier (P'tit Belliveau, Cy), Michael Saulnier (solo, Young Corleone), Jacques Blinn (P'tit Belliveau, Cy) et Andre LeBlanc - Peanut Butter Sunday rend hommage à des groupes comme Thursday, Blink-182 et Saves The Day tout en mettant en valeur l'accent distinct et la culture acadienne de La Baie.
Enveloppé dans une attitude punk hargneuse et une conscience de soi sans vergogne, le groupe arrive au pas avec une vague renaissante de groupes pop-punk et nouveau-hardcore insufflant une nouvelle vie (et une nouvelle langue?) au genre.
Quoi-ce y’a pour souper?, leur premier album lancé en octobre 2022, agit comme un introduction officiel au groupe.
