POMEGRANATE
Pomegranates are low in calories and fat but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Benefits include antioxidants, heart health, urinary health, exercise endurance, and more. Pomegranates are round, red fruits. They feature a white inner flesh that’s packed with crunchy, juicy edible seeds called arils.
Pomegranate is also a Montreal punk band featuring Theo Porcet (vocals, bass), JP Charest (drums), Niccolò Fransolet (guitar, vocals), and Nicolas Henry (guitar, vocals). United by a shared love of high energy punk rock, the four friends joined forces to create a band they describe as loud, fun, and impossible to stand still to.
Despite having only two songs released so far, Pomegranate has already built a strong reputation on stage, sharing bills with bands like Codefendants, Big Special, The Planet Smashers, GrimSkunk and many others. Through their infectious energy and DIY spirit, the band is quickly making a name for itself in the Montreal punk scene.
Pomegranate is currently working on its debut album, scheduled for release in 2027.
